The block is cleared, levelled and cut to the right height for the slab.
Stormwater and sewer lines are trenched and laid, with pipes brought up where the bathrooms and kitchen will be.
Waffle pods, reinforcement and edge beams are set out and checked before the pour.
Concrete is pumped across the slab while the crew places and finishes it.
Frame, lock-up, fixing and completion follow. See what happens at each one in our build journey.
Tell us about your block, your home or your plans. We’ll talk it through and explain the next steps, with no obligation.
