Unitex Building & Construction Group is a Melbourne-based builder. We build new Class 1 homes, townhouses and villa units and Class 10a garages and sheds, renovate bathrooms, kitchens and laundries, paint homes inside and out, and supervise building projects across Melbourne’s suburbs. We work with licensed trades and show our projects with real photos from our own sites.

Who you’ll deal with
Meet Ali
Founder, Unitex Building & Construction Group
Ali founded Unitex Building & Construction Group and leads the business in Melbourne.
He holds a Diploma of Building and Construction and is studying building surveying at university, which keeps his knowledge of the National Construction Code and Victoria’s building rules up to date.
One team looks after your project from the first site visit to handover, and you get a photo update from us after every stage.

Plumbing, electrical and other specialist work is done by licensed trades, who give you the compliance certificates the law requires.

We check the work before it’s covered up, alongside the building surveyor’s inspections.

What kind of work do you take on?

Do you use real photos of your work?
Yes. Every project photo on this site is from our own sites. We don’t use stock photos or computer-generated images of other people’s work.
